My fiance entered the US on a Fiance Visa (K-1 Visa), and we married within 90 days of his/her arrival.  How can my spouse get a green card (permanent resident card)?

As soon as you marry, your spouse may apply for permanent residence by filing a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status.

How can I remove the conditions of conditional residency based on marriage?

If the marriage is less than two years old when the foreign-born spouse becomes a permanent resident, the green card will expire after a two-year period. Both spouses must submit a joint petition on Form I-751 to remove the two-year condition within the 90-day period immediately preceding the end of the two year period.
