Q: How much does an immigration lawyer charge?
A: Many law firms provide services based upon an hourly fee, which can result in unexpected and expensive legal bills. Unlike those firms, we do not charge our clients by the hour.
We charge a flat fee for all immigration assistance and consulting. Under a flat fee arrangement, we represent you for a single fee, paid up front. We offer many payment schedules and plans to fit your needs. Often, our clients need more than one type of immigration service, and therefore the best way to determine what your fee will be is to request an immigration planning session with our immigration attorney Wendy Whitt. There is no charge for the initial consultation.
